Coming from completely different backgrounds, our founders have aligned in their passion for wellness, and their vision for employee wellbeing. Collaborating and drawing on their own unique skills & perspectives on life. They therefore created Preveo to drive employee retention & engagement but most importantly power performance with workplace science & wellness.

DR ROISIN O'REGAN
As a medical doctor, Dr O’Regan understands the importance of thriving in a work environment where the stakes are high, having spent many years guiding patients through life-threatening situations. She is committed to personal wellbeing as the key to being successful. Having trained in the NHS, Dr O’Regan has since spent almost a decade working with CEO’s, Business leaders and elite sports professionals. Dr O’Regan champions the power of resilience, and energetically brings her experience and passion for Preventive Wellbeing to Preveo.
ROBERT FORKAN
An entrepreneur, author, speaker & philanthropist, Rob offers a wide range of knowledge and skills. Having survived a Tsunami that left him orphaned, Rob founded the travel inspired fashion brand Gandys, which builds schools around the world for underprivileged children. He is a highly motivated individual who understands Mental Health challenges, and has developed a unique and accessible Resilience Program designed to help others learn from his remarkable and effective approach to dealing with adversity & triumphing in the face of life’s challenges.
